Thank you for choosing ezosh.com. We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide a fair and flexible policy for our students while managing our course capacities.

Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below before completing your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer full refunds for course purchases, provided the request is made well in advance of the course kick-off.

The 2-Week Rule: You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is submitted via email at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the official course start date.

2. No Refunds After the Deadline

Once we are within the 14-day window leading up to the course, or after the course has officially begun, all sales are final.

  • Inside 14 Days: No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued if you request a cancellation less than 14 days before the start date.
  • After Course Start: Once the course begins and digital access is fully granted, no refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

Why this policy exists: We limit enrollment numbers to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. Close to the start date, it becomes difficult for us to fill a vacated spot. Additionally, onboarding materials and proprietary digital assets are often distributed during this two-week window.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are outside the 14-day window and need to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@ezosh.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Course Name].
  3. Include your order number and the email address used to purchase the course.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Transfers and Adjustments

No transfer of seat allowed.
